Inspect 3D models in your browser
This is a free online 3D viewer by KH IT Solutions. Open a GLB, glTF,
OBJ or FBX model and turn, light and inspect it straight away — nothing to install, no account.
Your file is read by your own browser and is never uploaded to a server.
Supported formats
- .glb — including Draco and Meshopt compressed models.
- .gltf — self-contained, or together with its
.bin and texture files (select or drop them all at once).
- .obj — geometry only; a neutral grey material is applied.
- .fbx — binary and ASCII FBX.
What you can do with a model
- Orbit, pan and zoom with the mouse, with touch, or with the keyboard (arrow keys, Shift and the arrow keys, plus and minus).
- Snap the camera to any side of the model with the view cube, or fit the whole model back in frame.
- Change the colour, intensity and direction of the light, and the background colour.
- Play a turntable, swing or wave animation, and switch to wireframe.
Questions
- Is my model uploaded anywhere?
- No. The file is opened with your browser's own file API and rendered on your graphics card. It never leaves your device, and the viewer refuses to load anything a model references on another website.
- How large a file can I open?
- Up to 250 MB on a computer and 75 MB on a phone or tablet. The model is parsed in the browser tab, so larger files tend to crash it.
- Why does my model not open?
- The most common reasons are a
.gltf whose .bin or textures were not selected with it, and KTX2 / Basis Universal textures, which this viewer does not support. The viewer names the reason on screen.
- What do I need to run it?
- A current browser with WebGL 2: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari 15 and later, on a computer or a phone.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. It is free to use and sets no cookies, has no analytics and shows no adverts.
